Lambeth Council: Repairs

Lambeth Council’s guide on your repairs responsibilities as a tenant can be found here:

https://www.lambeth.gov.uk/housing/housing-repairs/tenants-repairs

And if you want to request a repair, there are a number of different ways to do this depending on what the repair request relates to.

If you are a housing tenant you can now track, report and book an appointment for non-emergency property repairs online by registering or logging in to your Tenant account

To request a communal repair, call 020 7926 6000

To request an emergency repair, call 020 7926 6000, Monday-Friday 8.00am-8.00pm and Saturday 8.00am-1.00pm.

To report emergencies outside our working hours and on bank holidays, call 020 7926 6666.

A repair is an emergency if it could cause serious health and safety problems or severe damage to your home if not fixed or made safe. An emergency repair typically includes things like loss or power or water supply to a block.
