We’ve arranged an online advice workshop with the Leasehold Advisory Service on Wednesday 25th September 6.30-8pm for all Palace Road Estate leaseholders. Trained advisers will share information on leaseholder rights followed by a chance to ask questions on issues affecting you.
What is the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE)?
LEASE are an independent, government-funded organisation that provides free advice on residential leasehold and park homes law. All advisers are legally qualified.
Who can join the workshop?
All Palace Road Estate residents who are leaseholders can join the session. The workshop isn’t suitable for freeholders, tenants, or private renters.
What will the workshop cover?
LEASE advisers will share a presentation on laws related to leaseholders and then there will be an opportunity for everyone to ask questions and get advice.
How do I join the session?
A meeting link will be shared in advance of the workshop. Please join the leaseholder group on the Palace Road Estate Residents WhatsApp community.
What if I want particular issues to be covered?
If there are particular aspects or issues you want to the advisers to cover, please send an email to contact@prera.org.uk with your queries – we’ll share these with the advisers in advance of the workshop.
