Here is an update following the inspection of the estate with Peter De-Bique on 29th July. Peter De-Bique has just told us:
- The balcony glazing panels that were identified as being an immediate danger will be replaced urgently.
- The Palace Road Estate does not feature in the capital works programme for 2016/17, but it is anticipated that major works will be carried out in 2017/18. This is currently not confirmed.
